In Spring, we hope to start building the UK’s only (and one of the world’s first) dedicated, purpose-built animal hospice for terminally-ill abandoned animals. The Hospice will be custom-built to meet their needs and provide our friends with a home that is comfortable, peaceful, and will allow them to experience as much happiness, comfort and life with their new family before it is time for them to say goodbye.
To do this, we need to raise around £15,000. Every penny we raise will go directly to building the Hospice and to providing the most comfortable home for them to take their final steps. We just cannot fathom how we are going to raise this amount of money, but we are going to do our absolute best.
Will you help us build the UK’s first dedicated animal hospice for terminally-ill abandoned animals, and help us to offer them somewhere safe, loving and comfortable so that they do not have to take their final steps alone?
If you would like to donate, we will be incredibly grateful to you for supporting our dream, in Maggie’s name.
Legal note: the Hospice building will be entirely owned by the SCIO. We have assured OSCR that in any eventuality it will remain in the charity sector and that no individual will benefit financially or otherwise from the build.
